Sunny Ways and Good Ole Days

As the CBC continues its ongoing coverage of the installation of a new Federal Government, some of their attention has apparently turned to the feuds of old and how the start of the second era of the Trudeau family business is seemingly putting old hostilities to bed.

To that theme, there's this review of Wednesday's Cabinet selection celebrations and the seating chart and social chatter that has brought the nation's political class into a collective Kumbaya.

This gives us thoughts that perhaps the NEW CBC flush as it is with positive vibes, (soon a lot more cash) and nary a discouraging word over the last few weeks, might want to speed this idea for a TV Series into production.

We suggest a comedy perhaps, where two old politicians and a couple of past Vice Regal representatives park themselves on a beach somewhere across the Great White North.

PEI, Muskoka, British Columbia, Rankin Inlet!

Get your bids in now, CBC location scouts will be in touch!

Our gathering of the clan opens with the foursome and their spouses sitting around the campfire, sharing stories of those old days of Ottawa and in the spirit of the new era, perhaps offering up some timely observations on the current events of each week and the Sunny Ways of the new Liberal era.

Considering the list of former PM's now available for a cameo, not to mention the cattle call of one time politicians looking for something to do, the walk on roles per week could provide a great opportunity for all to keep a little profile during their transitions.

Yes CBC it's time to give a Green Light to  Sunny Ways and Good Ole Days

And we think, we may just have the soundtrack and visuals for the opening credits for you as well.

Coming this Fall to the CBC?
